Who we’re looking for
Confident Middle+ frontend developer who writes clean, performant, and maintainable React code and isn’t afraid of complex, data-heavy interfaces.
Core stack
- React 18+ (hooks, concurrent features)
- TypeScript (strict mode, no any 😄)
- Next.js 14+ (App Router) — our main tool
- Zustand / Jotai / Redux Toolkit (depends on project)
- Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui / Radix UI
- TanStack Query / SWR
- Vite / Turborepo (in monorepos)
- ESLint + Prettier + Stylelint + Husky
Nice to have
- Experience with React Server Components & Server Actions
- Real-world work with WebSocket / SSE
- Animation libraries (Framer Motion / GSAP)
- Storybook & component-driven development mindset
- Complex tables/dashboards experience (TanStack Table etc.)
What you’ll be working on
- Building new features from design to production
- Refactoring and speeding up legacy parts of the app
- Optimizing Core Web Vitals (especially LCP & CLS)
- Close cooperation with designers and backend team
- Helping shape our design system and frontend standards
