Who we’re looking for
A solid, independent backend developer who feels equally comfortable with TypeScript/NestJS ecosystems, loves clean architecture, and knows how to build scalable, reliable services.
Core stack you’ll work with every day
- NestJS (TypeScript) — our primary backend framework
- PostgreSQL + TypeORM / Prisma / SQLAlchemy
- Redis (caching, sessions, rate-limiting, sometimes pub/sub)
- RabbitMQ or Redis Streams (task queues, async workflows)
- Docker + docker-compose / Kubernetes in production
- GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions
Would be a strong plus
- Real experience with microservices & Event-Driven Architecture
- GraphQL knowledge (Apollo Federation is ideal)
- Experience with other message brokers (Kafka, NATS)
- Understanding and practical usage of DDD, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture
- Monitoring stack (Prometheus + Grafana / ELK / Loki)
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and maintaining business logic in high-load services
- Designing and implementing new microservices from scratch
- Performance & cost optimization of existing solutions
- Active participation in code reviews and development process improvement
- Close collaboration with frontend, product, and DevOps teams
